I cannot reinstall windows via Media Tool due to an error?

That is caused due to corrupt files. You can follow this video.

My serials are not changing for some reason?

In this case, we would have to check a couple of things.

- For the permanent serial changer, did you go to the "config" tab and choose the option and click on "Save"?

- Is https://tinyurl.com/VCredistributables installed? <- important - Are you on a custom OS? That could cause unexpected behavior.

The process is blocked since a long time

In this case, close the program and run again as administrator.

Go in "Config" and disable "GPU Woofing"

This could be due to improper spoofing. Please open a ticket in our server write the following command " /check " and send in the ticket.

Can I use my old account that I got kicked/banned on before?

We do not recommend so. On valorant it isn't possible anyways, but on Fortnite for example it is. In this scenario, we do not recommend it. But you could after a week.

Do I really have to reinstall windows for it to work?

Yes. No exception. The same goes for a new Windows user.

Will I lose all my files after the windows reinstallation?

Yes, all files & settings will be lost. This is needed for a proper woof. you can save some important files (e.g. family pictures) on your USB drive or cloud.

I have not received my License key, how do I get it?

That shouldn't have happened, but open a ticket, show us your payment proof and your order and kindly wait for us to check it and send your License.

Would a router reset/ip reset not work instead of a VPN?

Unfortunately not. This is due to a VPN encrypting your network strings and so forth. You would have to use a VPN for a proper woof for at least one week.
