Check your CPU:
Open Task Manager
Click on Performance
Click on "CPU"
Look on Top right, it will say your CPU
See below for list of AM5 Processors :
Right click the drivers files you downloaded and extract them on to your installation medium (USB stick). You usb should look EXACTLY like this:
Restart your computer and enter the BIOS again.
Locate following options and set the to following value:
Go to advanced mode in bios:
Asus: Advanced -> SATA Configuration
Gigabyte: Settings/Advanced -> IO Ports
AsRock: Advanced -> Storage Configuration
MSI: Advanced -> Integrated Peripheral Once found :
Set SATA mode/controller
-> [ RAID mode ]
Change: AHCI -> RAID Mode
Set NVMe mode
-> [ Enabled ]
If you don't have NVMe, ignore and make sure SATA mode is set.
Go to Boot tab:
Set CSM
-> [ Disabled ]
If you can't find CSM ensure UEFI is enabled.
Save & exit the BIOS, then return back to BIOS again!
Back in BIOS locate following option: Advanced
-> RAIDXpert2 Configuration Utility
. (On Gigabyte: Settings -> IO Ports -> RAIDXpert2 Configuration Utility

In the RAIDXpert2 menu do the following:
Enter Manage Arrays / Array Management

Select Delete Arrays
(if not grayed out).
Select every single disk you have!
Confirm to delete (this will delete all data on the disks).
If successful it will say: No more disks to delete!
In RAIDXpert2 navigate to Manage Arrays / Array Management
-> Create Array
.
Select Raid Level Raidable
Select Select Physical Disks
Select your disk; choose Enable
Select Apply Changes
Press Create array
to create the array.
If you have multiple disks; create an array for each individual disk.
Reinstalling Windows will Result in losing data
Hold Shift and Restart PC.
Select Use a device and select your USB Flash Drive.
After booting onto the USB you will be greeted with this screen.
Select Windows 10 Pro
Select "I don't have a product key"
6. Select Custom: Install Windows Only (advanced)
Press SHIFT + F10 (A CMD will pop up)
Now write diskpart
into the CMD
Then write list disk
into the CMD to see all ur drives đŦ
Write select disk 'X'
(X = Disk number) then write clean
for ALL disks, besides ur USB.
Make sure to don't clean your USB drive, usually have a smaller size compared to others disks.
Example (assuming disk 0 is not your USB):
Diskpart -> Press Enter List disk -> Press Enter Select disk 0 -> Press Enter Clean -> Press Enter
Close the CMD after all disks except USB are cleaned.
Continue with Windows Setup.
Click Refresh
Now at setup step Where do you want to install Windows?
you select Load driver
. - You will get a pop-up; select browse:
Navigate to the USB stick.
Then select folder dropdown Put this folder on USB
Select the NVMe_RAID or SATA_RAID
-> Press Ok
.
Choose the first option; "AMD-RAID Bottom Device" Driver, then select next
.
Select Load driver
again.
Navigate to the USB stick.
Then select folder dropdown Put this folder on USB
Select the NVMe_RAID or SATA_RAID
-> Press Ok
.
Choose the third option; "AMD-RAID Controller" Driver, then select next
.
Select your main drive (Unallocated Space) and click Next
The installation process should start, AND MAKE AN OFFLINE ACCOUNT!
Open Task manager
Click Performance
Click on "Disk 0 (C:)"
Should say on top right "AMD-RAID"
