Step 10: Extra Spoofing

Instructions for Using DeviceCleanup

  1. Unpack the Files

    • Extract the contents of DeviceCleanup.zip to a folder on your computer.

  2. Run the Cleanup Script

    • Locate Start_DeviceCleanup.bat in the extracted folder.

    • Right-click on the file and select Run as administrator.

  3. Restart Your PC

    • Restart your computer to apply the changes

Monitor Spoofing

  1. Download CRU

  2. If your monitor supports G-Sync, disable it in the NVIDIA Control Panel before proceeding.

  1. Extract the contents of cru-1.5.2.zip to a folder on your computer.

  2. Locate the CRU.exe in the extracted folder. - Right click on the file and select Run as adminisrtator.

  3. Follow the video to change serials for all your monitors

Important Note on Editing Serials

  • Only change a few characters — replace letter for letter and number for number. ✅ Example: Xka25 ➝ Vga62 ❌ Do NOT completely overwrite or randomize values like OT2374K.

  • If your Serial Number field is empty, do not touch it.

If you monitor does go black; unplug the HDMI cable, restart you pc and replug-in the HDMI cable.
