To go in the bios you can use the "LAUNCH BIOS" BUTTON in the loader
How to make sure TPM is off? WIN+R , type tpm.msc, click Ente. Should say : Compatible TPM cannot be found

How to make sure Secure Boot is off? WIN+R , type MSINFO32, click Enter. And you will see Secure boot is off right here:

ASROCK: ADVANCED > CHIPSET CONFIGURATION > WIFI (WLAN) & BLUETOOTH [DISABLED]
GIGABYTE: ADVANCED/PERIPHERALS > WIFI (WLAN) & BLUETOOTH [DISABLED]
How to make sure Virtualisation is OFF Right click on task bar, click Task Manager Click on Performance , CPU and check Virtualisation:
FOR INTEL CPU (DISABLE VIRTUALIZATION)
GO IN YOUR BIOS AND DISABLE ALL OPTIONS YOU SEE BELLOW:
Virtualisation (Intel Virtualisation Tech)
VT-D
TPM ( Check above for comfirmation)
Utility Installer (Check where it is via bios )
Fast Boot.
FOR AMD CPU (DISABLE VIRTUALIZATION)
GO IN YOUR BIOS AND DISABLE ALL OPTIONS YOU SEE BELLOW:
Disable Virtualization (AMD)
Disable IOMMU (AMD CBS > NBIO Common Options > NB Configuration > IOMMU)
Disable NX-Bit (Only if available, CPU Settings Secure Virtual Machine)
TPM ( Check above for comfirmation)
Utility Installer (Check where it is via bios )
Fast Boot.
Save your changes and exit BIOS (usually F10 or a designated "Save and Exit" option)
